Afternoon half day city tour Along ‘9 de Julio Avenue’,
the widest in the city, it is possible to spot the Obelisk, the
monument that symbolises the city, and the famous Colon Theatre
(Opera House), a masterpiece of architecturewith superb acoustics.
The tour continues to San Telmo neighbourhood, birthplace of the
city, and to May Square, historical and political centre, surrounded
by the Government House or ‘CasaRosada’, site of the
national government, the Cabildo, historical building which was
centre of the colonial political life, the Metropolitan Cathedral
and the Town Hall, site of the city government. Then on to La Boca
district, picturesque neighbourhood where the Italian immigrants
settled andfamous for ‘Caminito’ street. The tour continues
along May Avenue, typically Spanish, to get to‘Plaza de los
dos Congresos’ just in front of the Congress Building. Heading
north, the tour gets to
aristocratic Recoleta district, known for its Cemetery and to Palermo,
wide and beautiful park located in the heart of one of the most
elegant areas in the city. Rest of the day at leisure.

Evening Dinner and Tango show at one of the best tango show places
in town.
Taste Argentine cuisine specialities accompanied by excellent wines
and finish the evening enjoying aTango and folklore show long to
be remembered.
