The Hotel Portillo offers 123 rooms to its guests, Singles, Doubles, Family Rooms and Suites.
The Hotel Portillo is not the only lodging at Portillo, but is definitely the premier selection. Enjoy the many amenities including the scenic outdoor heated pool, fitness center and discotheque, rooms have telephones and safes, all have private bathrooms with a shower and tub. A stay at the Hotel Portillo is a stress free ski vacation. Leave your skis with the ski valet at the end of the day and enjoy a meal at the various restaurants in the complex. Order whatever you like, your meals are included in the cost of your Portillo ski package.

The hotel is completely self-contained with the full spectrum of resort services, thus no car is needed as your room is only an elevator ride away from the ski slopes, the dining room and all facilities.

ROOM TYPES
Double Lake
Double Lake rooms come with two twin beds or one queen size bed. These rooms overlook the beautiful Inca Lake, the Plateau slope and the resort, adding an unparalleled beauty to your stay. Double Lake rooms offer a full bath.
Double Lake rooms with matrimonial beds can be requested but their confirmation will depend on availability.
Double Valley
Portillo double valley rooms come with two twin beds or one queen-size bed. Double valleys have views looking out over the Andes, the road, and the Conejo slope. Double Valley rooms offer a full bath.

6th Floor Double
The double rooms located on the 6th floor have a lake view and balconies. The view and the extra balcony space make these rooms some of our most popular.

Suite
Suites are located on the 2nd and 6th floors, and all have a lake view. This class of accommodation features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dressing area, living area and balcony. The windows in our suites are larger than the doubles.
Family Apartments
Portillo Family Apartments are two interconnected rooms with one or two private baths. One room has two twin beds or one queen-size bed. The adjoining room has four bunks. These rooms are ideal for families or groups of 4 to 6 people. Family apartments are available with valley or lake views. Valley view rooms have queen size beds, bunks and one or two bathrooms. Lake views have two twin size beds, bunks and one bathroom.
Children and teens 0-17 years staying in family apartments pay children's or teen rates as listed, adults pay family apartment rate as listed.
If two children or teens are staying in a family apartment, two must pay the adult family apartment rate.
Extra Beds
Only one extra bed is permitted per room. Due to the size limitations of the rooms the hotel does not recommend adult extra beds in the room.
OCTAGON LODGE
The Octagon Lodge offers economy alternative, adjacent to the beautiful slopes of Portillo. These private, bunk-style rooms sleep up to four people and have private baths. Guests in the Octagonon Lodge can enjoy all of the hotel’s services including meals in the main dining room.
INCA LODGE
The Inca Lodge, is the backpacker-style lodging, offers bunk beds and bathrooms are communal, one for women, one for men. The Inca Lodge is the cheapest way to enjoy Portillo in a hostel atmosphere. Guests take their meals in the self-service cafeteria, but Inca guests otherwise have access to all other hotel facilities. The Inca Lodge is only 30 steps away from the Hotel.
