Valle Nevado's Skiing, Ski - Heli and snowboarding facilities

SKIING

Valle Nevado has a ski-able area of 23,000 acres with 23 miles of trails. You can take advantage of skiing at the adjoining ski areas, heliskiing, paragliding, or parapenting. The center is equipped with 19 machines for making snow, which can cover 6 kilometers of slopes, guaranteeing skiing throughout the season. Skiers can also ski La Parva and El Colorado, 2 areas located in the valley just below Valle Nevado by purchasing a lift pass upgrade once at the resort
There are four levels of slopes, they are green for beginners (12%), blue for intermediates (29%), red for advanced (41%) and black for experts (18%).

SNOWBOARDING

For snowboarding, is the top mountain resort in South America. Valle Nevado, we remain up to the minute with the latest technology to offer the Snow Park and Half Pipe in perfect condition so that you may practice and enjoy your freestyle.
Our Half Pipe (a half-tube type structure that lets you ride as a skateboard on ramps) gives you the opportunity to experience this manner of ridings that is so essential for the snowboard fanatics. The Half Pipe, is the only one in Chile that is accredited by the FIS (International Snowboard Federation).
Also Valle Nevado have available an exclusive Snow Park, where they can enjoy their own special are reserved for jumps, tricks and freestyle ( this park may also be used by skiers )

HELI - SKI

Try a unique Andean powder adventure that begins at our heli-port where a Bell 407 awaits to fly you over 13,800 feet. If you really are the kind of person who seeks extreme emotion on skis, you will find over 8,200 feet of vertical drop.
